It's weird to write a bio about yourself, listing out what you think are accomplishments that you want to use to add credibility so people take you seriously. I don't like talking about 'what I did' because I am nothing without the people I did it with. So just know that everything I say "I" did, really I had a team of awesome people to work with. Starting MF7, now I need to build another incredible team of people I get to build even better with!
I served as the Director of Marketing for 2 major solar sales forces in the D2D sales space. Both opportunities I was privileged enough to be there from the very beginning. 1) Caliber Solar & 2) SolarPros. I am who I am today because of the incredible leaders and talented creatives that I had the privilege of working with at these organizations.
At these organizations:
I was responsible for all Brand Value (Logos, Social Media Accounts, Content Creation, Etc)
I was responsible for all messaging
I was responsible for managing millions of dollars in budgets
I was responsible for hosting massive corporate events and banquets all around the nation
I was responsible for all end of year corporate trips taking 500+ people to Mexico, Puerto Rico, and to Hawaii (3 Years) (This includes all gear, trainings, activities, and the company day)
I was responsible for all of our corporate sales and marketing incentives (12 major competitions and incentives every year)
I was responsible for all the gear and running a $50,000-$75,000/mo profitable company gear store
At these organizations, I was responsible for all internal employee experiences, our internal and external brand and messaging and anything that would help our sales teams: Recruit, Train, Incentivize, and Retain.
It was an incredible honor to serve at these companies and work with literally the best leaders in the industry. I started MF7 to expand my reach and work with more business owners and talented creatives. I have a deep internal drive to help others win. That starts with the companies and organizations I'm lucky to serve and the team that I'm lucky to work with.
